The Chrome DrillBot is now for sale at Ronza’s Traveling Shoppe! It’s been released! And I got to admit, it looks mighty awesome!

Here are the Stats:
Chrome DrillBot ( 3900 power )
Power Type: Physical
Power Bonus: 20%
Attraction Bonus: n/a
Luck: 26
Cheese Effect: Insanely Stale
Therefore, because of it’s stale nature, the base used should have a fresh cheese effect. I’m going to pair it with the Gingerbread base because it has an insanely fresh effect. Polar base should be fine too, i believe. Have yet to try it out though, cause i’m still in the Forbidden Grove. Will be using it soon while hunting in the Derr Dunes. I love new traps, it is an extremely refreshing feeling. The Great Winter Hunt has been full of surprises indeed, and hunting has been such a pleasure. Kudos to the wacky developers, really.
Need.more.gold.for 2010 Blastoff trap and Firecracker Base. Someone sponsor me please!

Ever since Ronza did her surprise visit and landed, i’ve pretty much been in a serious dilemma as to what traps to get. The main limitation has to be my insufficient gold of only 1,168,258; due to the festive giveaway store damn it.
Here’s the list of the available traps and bases Ronza carried with her this time.
1) Snowglobe Trap, Physical, 2350 power: 341,000 Gold
2) 2010 Blastoff Trap, Tactical, 2600 power: 512,800 Gold
3) Chrome Drillbot, Physical, 3900 power: 897,400 Gold
4) Candycane Base, 300 power, 90000 Gold
5) Firecracker Base, 300 power, 90000 Gold
I know i’m definitely getting the Chrome Drillbot(oh gushesss) and the candycane base(it’s like an imporved version of Aqua base, which is fantastic because of the high luck). Naturally, initially, i wanted everything but that’s just not possible. So i’ve narrowed it down to:
The 2 bases, 2010 blastoff trap and chrome drillbot. Only leaving out the snowglobe trap, because i absolutely cannot afford it. These will amount to a grand total of 1590200 Gold, so i’ll be short of 421,942, which i’m really hoping and praying i can earn everything by then! Sounding the horn ever so fervently. -fingerscrossed.
Sighs, and i thought snowglobe was the prettiest of all but it’s also the most useless and i should be practical huh. ![]()
Maybe i’ll just be dumb and sell off some of my Superbrie to finance my traps. Afterall, earning that pile of gold is never easy shitz. Dilemma! Haha this is SOOOOO much worse than online shopping for pretty dresses. Crap.

Christmas eve was really really awesome! Got to spend the day first with JW before we met with the Greenies for our annual Greenies Christmas event!
JW and i caught Avatar because i like blue people, they look sweeet.(Another example is Dr Manhatten from Watchmen, awesome really). We caught the 3D one at Illuma’s Flimgarde, and the effects were extraordinary, like how some things pop-out, how the leaves seem like they are falling towards you etc. I have to admit that i felt a tad giddy for the first half an hour of the show, because i had normal glasses on, plus the 3D glasses. It took a while for me to adapt to the motions and the dimensions and after that everything just fell nicely into place. My only pet peeve is that the 3D glasses make vision very dark and limited, so i’d really very much prefer a normal film’s version compared to this, just so my eyes can move about freely and fully utilise my awesome peripheral vision. Oh one more thing, it was very hard to lie on JW”s shoulders too because that should shift the glasses. What a bummer right. But the movie was legendary, honestly. I enjoyed every moment of it and James Cameron really lives up to his name. Would watch it over and over again compared to some “Twilight” or “New Moon”(no offense though). I just love the satisfaction of going for a long good movie. It is a calming “wow” effect that lingers on throughout the day; sort of like a feel good factor.

LOVE Christmas trees, especially if they are White/Blue.
I realise my default colours are naturally white/blue. Either i’m really really boring, or i’m extremely boring. Sheesh.
Dinner was with the Greenies and we have Crystal Jade’s steamboat buffet! There were so little meat available URGH. But the XLB was pretty good(still not as good as the BEST version i had in Shanghai hohoho). We ate a total of 17×5 XLBs, well mostly the guys ate them haha. The prawns were really good and fresh though; and the self help sauces corner was fantastic. Soya sauce all the way!(imagines JW shaking his head in disbelief again). Also really appreciate the free flow Coke; i drank so many glasses throughout dinner. ![]()

So after being stuffed bunnies, we all went down to Jun Wei’s place for cardgames! Mainly because Saboteur and Bang was with him. I should have remembered to being my Ugly Dolls card game. Please remind me William i keep forgetting
Due to the nature of the Bang game, which involves a lot of rules and basically is the most complicated game i’ve ever played, we have Roger our self-declared games master having the rules book in his hands all the time and guiding us through. Mostly throughout the game we’ll be all rowdy and having discussions/disputes on how to play the game, or just influencing players to make a particular move. Such an intelligent game, haha.

Always enjoy the company of Greenies! Many more Christmas to come guys! With the absentees of course: Deming Wilson(Volleyball) Weiling Bin Nutella Yuseong Dawn Joys Jieyi Dixie etc.
Phew. It’s time to head to bed. Had such a long day today doing full-fledged babysitting kids. Really enjoyable because they are adorable, but sometimes it wears me out wholly when they are too active. There’s actually lecture tomorrow, and it’s Accounting. Must wake up in time for it -fingerscrossed.

Just as i was logging on to the school website and how they annoyed me with the “compulsory” feedback we all have to do, which took up sooo much of my time considering how i was only interested in going to the class portal to upload my class assignment, i saw this new mailer which made my day!

My version of making it to the list!
A good stepping stone to reflect on for the past year, how i’ve been struggling on to manage my Microeconomics and Macroeconomics(they are a total killer together, really. It’s like a maximum potent combination oh gosh.), and keeping my head up high amidst low morale on my side. Sometimes my own expectations on myself scares me, but it spurs me on. Not forgetting how Jun Wei is always such a dear to go through my crankiness with me while i’m under stress. Of course there’s sooo much more because Mum has been the best family support for me, the tonic soup, the driving me to and fro to the exam venue(from Jurong mind you), the dinner which always consisted of Salmon(supposedly to boost brain power because of the omega hurhurhur), the chocolates all nicely stocked up in the fridge, the relief of my normal house obligations(still have to handle the accounts though, haha), the quiet and no-talk “jiayous” she gave from her heart(yes i can actually feel it because she’s always so worried for me), and the scoldings from her whenever i pull on all-nighter to finish up my Math papers.
I remember how a few months back i received a commendation letter directly from UOL which congratulated me for the good performance, i was more than happy to share with Mum the news! She gave no response, was composed and calm, and just smiled and walk away.(In which Jun Wei was totally shocked because when i told him he sounded more happy and excited than i am HAHA!) Not that she was disappointed or didn’t recognize the fact that her daughter did well, but she knew and already had that faith in me. And so i knew no letter was ever needed to prove anything to her.
That’s how my family is. Quiet and shows a strong exterior. But when you start to feel it, the whole rational behind why they put on such a hard front, is to train us to be even tougher than them, and to survive it through all. That’s how my family works. Dad is farfar away but calls and only say a few words of encouragement, but to actually have him call is a blessing already. Mum is the quiet staunch supporter but never displays it in words, but in her actions. Which initially i didnt really get when i was younger, but i see it all now. And it warms my heart.
Haha the beauty and profound insights to my family, oh well.
A good end to the year. A good start for the new year. Forget the bad, cherish the good!

The very awesome Christmas Cracker trap, which i matched with the Gingerbread base.
The very good thing is that it has a very pretty high luck, so it’s substitutable for my all time favourite Partybot!
Here are the stats:
Christmas Cracker trap can be claimed once hunters have found all the 12 days of Christmas loots dropped by various mice in the Festive Comet. Alternatively, hunters can also choose to forgo claiming the trap and claim 110 SB instead, so it’s a choice of practicality(SB is definitely needed at various phrases of hunting in different locations) or pure emotional feelings of getting a new limited trap(*gushes!*). I’m obviously the latter, haha, no doubts about that.

So now i’m hunting in the Derr Dunes(using the Christmas Cracker trap!) hoping to stock up much more gold so i can purchase the traps Rhonza is releasing. I want to get everything but i can’t because i’m really down on gold. I spent way too much being Santa Claus and giving gifts from the festive shop to everybody it depleted me by SO much. Now i wished i hadnt gone overboard in the spirit of giving but hey Christmas with Mousehunt, who can ask for more right? (-imagines Jun Wei shaking his head in disgust again, haha!).

The Sesame Street show at the Centrepoint. Mum picked me up straight from school so we could make it there in time for the 1pm show. Jayne was super excited but as usual, a little frightened by the loud sounds. And because i was picked up straight from school, i didnt have the camera along what a waste!
Had to rely on trusty Iphone, though i find it hard to capture because they were moving sooo quickly.

Christmas carols all ringing in my head.
That’s mummy dearest! We were only able to take a quick picture because baby Jayne was asleep in her stroller(thank goodness for that mini break else we would all go crazy from her hyperactiveness hohohoho).
Town is incredibly and insanely crowded but we still head on down cause of all the children shows like Barney/Hi-5/Sesame Street. Baby Jayne must be having the time of her life man. My poor aching arms; carrying her is such a feat.
Out with Jun Wei tomorrow. Finally, after such a long week i had to endure.

My Gingerbread House with Gingerbread Base! I know it’s nothing compared to my other more powerful traps, but i’m a total sucker for Limited Edition traps so i tend to want to get everything. It’s like a bad got to have them all habit. Makes me succumb to the Mousehunt addiction of constantly sounding the horn. Not that i’m complaining, right? Haha.
Here it is!

And i also got Mr Santa Bear from unwrapping the gifts sent by bro!
So i’m hoping that by camping faithfully in the Festive Comet for such a long long time, i’ll be able to get all the 12 Christmas gifts. Really keeping my fingers crossed on this one!

Always loved the Salad bar at Swensons. It has all of my favourite things, minus the vegetables(haha how ironic, coming from salad bar). There’s the awesome cold glass noodles, and various thai spicy fishcakes, corn, the awesome HAM, and sausages. And yeah if you’re wondering, i do take minimal vegetables just to get Jun Wei off my back. I dont like veges okay!! Stop bugging me!
Anyway i ate so much even Jun Wei was awed. Truly delectable awesome meal hohoho!
LOVE!(the food and yes you JW pffhhhhh.)
